Coastal Veterans Repair Group has acquried Voyager Maritime Alliance Group (VMAG), provider of marine electronics, systems integration, and vessel support services based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The acquisition is said to represent a significant milestone in Coastal Veterans Repair Group’s ongoing expansion into high-end yacht systems, navigation, and marine technology sectors.
The Group intends to synergise Coastal’s capabilities in shipbuilding and repair with Voyager Maritime’s experience in custom systems integration, to offer a comprehensive suite of services to both commercial and private maritime clients initially across the US, with plans for global expansion.
This is more than just a strategic acquisition-it’s a values-aligned partnership.
