Bowline Marinas has acquired Shields Marina in St. Marks, Florida.
The sale includes the full-service marina which has around 90 slips, 300 dry-rack spaces, a service department, fuel sales, a ship’s store, and boat, engine and trailer sales.
The marina is Bowline’s third marina in Florida. Bowline says it intends to continue to offer a full range of services, including maintenance, repairs, fuel and retail sales, while expanding the marina’s infrastructure and amenities.
“We are very excited to now be a part of the Shields Marina community,” said a spokesperson from Bowline Marinas.
“For us, preserving the culture and legacy of marinas is extremely important, and we’re excited to do the same here. We also want to express our gratitude to the sellers for a quick and smooth closing process.”
Bowline owns and operates a variety of marinas in key waterfront locations.
