Bennington has announced its model year 2027 pontoon range, led by a new Triptical Sport Package supporting up to 1,000hp from twin 500hp engines and capacity for as many as 16 passengers, depending on the model.
Available on RT, R, RX, Q and QX series boats, the package uses three 29-inch elliptical tubes and carries 116 gallons of fuel, with a dual 116-gallon option.
Revised running surfaces, spray shielding and water management are intended to improve handling and ride comfort.
“We listened closely to our dealers and customers, then focused every update on making boats easier to choose, more personal to own and more rewarding to operate,” said Michael Shedivy, general manager of Bennington Marine.
30th anniversary
The 2027 line marks the manufacturer’s 30th anniversary. Limited-edition boats will be offered with Midnight Blue or Sunset Red graphics, anniversary badging, custom furniture, a dedicated steering wheel and programmable headlight animation.
The R Series receives a redesigned exterior, while tritoon construction and PowerShade become standard on the R, RX, Q and QX ranges. S-One gains more colours and individually selectable options, and S Series boats of 20ft and above can be specified with a Reserve furniture package.
Other changes include new bimini and arch designs, a seven-stage Rockford Fosgate audio range and four exterior colours.
The Vivid UX helm adds a bow camera, live fuel-burn data and saved user settings. Selected premium models can also be fitted with a heated bow bench and six-way adjustable helm seats.
