Anaf Fire Protection S.p.A. has agreed to acquire the EMEA portable fire extinguishers business Gloria from Kidde Global Solutions.
The business, which operates out of Ropczyce (Poland) and Wadersloh (Germany), manufactures and sells portable fire extinguishers, predominately under the Gloria brand.
Gloria is a long-established operator in the fire protection sector and the acquisition is said to represent a key milestone in Anaf Fire Protection’s international growth strategy.
It is designed to further enhance Anaf’s presence in the European market by expanding production capacity, technical expertise and geographic footprint, particularly in Germany, Northern Europe and Poland.
European manufacturing and distribution platform
The acquisition of Gloria is aimed at enabling the development of industrial and commercial synergies, enhancing existing know-how and creating an integrated and competitive European manufacturing and distribution platform.
“This acquisition is fully aligned with our industrial and international growth strategy,” said Yves Anaf, CEO of Anaf Fire Protection.
“Our goal is to build an increasingly strong and integrated group, capable of creating long-term value through expertise, innovation and direct industrial presence in key markets.”
Anaf Fire Protection is headquartered in Italy and the company also has offices in France, Spain and Luxembourg.
Gloria has been producing fire protection systems for more than 80 years and is active in a range of sectors including the marine industry.
The transaction is expected to close in early Q3 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
