OXE Marine: confident outlook for 2026

OXE Marine fourth quarter net sales amounted to SEK 30 million, a decline from the previous year’s SEK 43.6 million for the same prior year period.

Sales from Propulsion amounted to SEK 21.2 million compared to SEK 35.3 million, while sales from Parts and Accessories amounted to SEK 8.8 million, up slightly from SEK 8.2 million.

For the full year, net sales amounted to SEK 184 million, up from SEK 173.8 million, of which Propulsion sales accounted for SEK 146.1 million (SEK 124.7 million) and Parts and Accessories sales amounted to SEK 37.8 million compared to SEK 49 million for the same period in the previous year.

Closing cash amounted to SEK 18.8 million (SEK 44.3 million), following the completion of the investment in BMW powerheads with a total value of SEK 65 million.

Despite a slower quarter, we remain confident in the outlook and demand for OXE’s products as we enter 2026

Several projects in the US were delayed due to the US government shutdown, however OXE’s management is expecting these projects to materialise during 2026.

During the previous period, OXE also completed its USD 5.9 million contract to supply inboard engines to a US boat builder.

As a result, there were no further sales from this product line during the fourth quarter, which negatively impacted propulsion sales.

During the period, OXE also began production of its new model, the DL6 (Diesel Inline 6-cylinder), the latest evolution of the OXE300.

Confident in outlook and demand

The DL6 is based on the BMW B57 platform and incorporates a number of enhancements developed from customer feedback.

“Despite a slower quarter, we remain confident in the outlook and demand for OXE’s products as we enter 2026,” said Paul Frick, CEO of OXE Marine.

“From an operational perspective, the timing of the slowdown was favourable, as no production was scheduled during October while we implemented the new model year 2026 OXE300, the DL6, into production.”
