Tankoa Yachts has restructured its management team as part of the company’s growth plan involving new projects, expanded production sites.
Isabella Picco has joined the team as head of marketing and communication.
With a background in the high-end yachting sector, Isabella brings experience that is aligned with Tankoa’s positioning.
She will work closely with the top management, Isabella will lead the development and implementation of strategies aimed at strengthening the brand’s identity and expanding its international visibility.

In addition, Guido Orsi has been appointed as vice president.
Guido has been involved with Tankoa Yachts since the shipyard was founded, holding various leadership roles over the years.
In his new role, he will continue to support the company’s strategic focus on sustainability, technological developments and international expansion.

Tankoa Yachts, based in Genoa Sestri Ponente, Italy, specialises in building bespoke superyachts over 45 metres.
The shipyard also carries out refit projects.
