Yamaha Motor Europe has launched two new YAM inflatable models and unveiled design updates to its outboard engine at boot Dusseldorf.
Yamaha has also announced new features across its full inflatable range.
The YAM 350Air-V is the latest addition to the Air series, which has an inflatable V-hull. At 356 cm in length and weighing 43 kg, it can accommodate up to five passengers.
The hull design has a lightweight construction for stability and control.
The new YAM 420S expands Yamaha’s Sport range.
It measures 418cm and weighs 91kg and will take up to seven passengers.
The inflatable has a precision-engineered V-shaped hull for better handling and a smooth ride, and a reinforced transom will support an outboard.
Enhancements
As well as introducing new inflatable models, Yamaha has also announced a range of enhancements across its full YAM range.
These include new rubbing strakes for protection against abrasions and wear.
These are included in the Tender, Air and Sport series.
Improved drain plugs have been designed to simplify water removal and are now available across the Tender, Air and Sport series.
Retractable paddles are included in the Tender, Air and Sport series, and an anchor holder update has been introduced in the Air and Sport series.
Also across most of the inflatable range, Yamaha has introduced refreshed colour palettes.
In addition, Yamaha has introduced a refreshed design for its mid-range outboard engines and expanded its white colour offering across a broader range of outboards.
