GORI Propeller has appointed Amare srl (SpecialRig) as its exclusive distributor for Italy with immediate effect.
GORI Propeller manufactures a range of folding and custom-made propellers with patented single and overdrive technologies.
GORI Propellers come in two, three or four blades and are suitable for leisure, commercial and racing yacht consumers.
In 2025 the first folding propeller that allows the sailor to switch between sailing performance and regeneration modes, will be available on the market.

“We are sad to say goodbye to our long-standing Italian distributor Guido Sodano from Sodana SAS who retired at the end of 2024, we wish him all the best,” said Lars Østergaard, senior vice president sales for GORI Propeller.
“GORI has a good presence in Italy thanks to Sodana, and I look forward to this chapter with Amare srl (SpecialRig).
“They know the brand and the group as they also represent Moonlight Hatches and Portlights, which is part of the BSI Marine Equipment Group like GORI. We know our customers will be in safe hands.”
SpecialRig’s headquarters are located in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD) with a branch in Lavagna (GE).
The distributor represents a range of brands including Moonlight, Lopolight, Ronstan and Andersen, Karver and Clamcleat.
GORI Propeller is part of the BSI Marine Equipment Group.
