Fjord is to be the only HanseYachts brand on show at boot Düsseldorf 2025.
The Group says none of its Hanse, Dehler, Moody, Sealine and Ryck models will be on display due to the current state of the industry.
The Fjord range is being completed with two new models – the F490 open due to be launched in spring 2025 and the recently launched F39XL.
In a statement to dealers, Kazem Tödt, EVP sales and marketing, said the Group believes the market still needs some time to normalise.
“In this climate we believe that in-water shows will generate a better return on invest considering their lower cost of operations,” he said.
And he expressed his gratitude for the strong partnership and resulting positive outcomes over the past few months which have achieved a record result for HanseYachts, gaining market share even in challenging circumstances.
In September 2024, HanseYachts AG announced it closed the 2023/2024 financial year with good results according to preliminary figures.
The HanseYachts Group’s turnover of expected 184.9 million euros was the highest since the company’s foundation.
The preliminary earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) grew to 11 million euros. At 5.9%, the EBITDA margin also reached a satisfactory level.
Preliminary consolidated earnings for the business year amounted to 1.8 million euros. HanseYachts continues targeting an EBITDA margin of over 10%.
In October 2024, HanseYachts reported its operating profit margin had increased significantly, following on from a good financial year in 2023/2024.
The Group reported a 12% year-on-year decline in preliminary quarterly revenue to EUR 42.4 million, with EBITDA rising by EUR 0.4 million year-on-year to EUR 3.9 million.
Preliminary consolidated net profit for the third quarter of 2024 was EUR 1.5 million, close to the total net profit of EUR 1.8 million for the previous financial year.
