Fountaine Pajot Group reported consolidated revenue of €291.3 million for the year ended 31 August 2026, down 9.9% from €323.2 million in 2024/25 as the leisure marine market continued to normalise.
The decline moderated to 7.1% in the second half, which the group described as ‘the first signs of stabilisation in demand’.
Product launches helped support trading, including the FP41 and FP44 catamarans and the Dufour 41, Dufour 44 and Dufour 54 monohulls.
International markets generated 85% of sales. Europe excluding France remained the largest region at 38% of revenue, followed by North America at 27%, major export markets at 12% and the Caribbean at 7%. France accounted for the remaining 15%.
North American revenue increased 43%, partly offsetting weaker activity elsewhere.
Longer-term development
Fountaine Pajot is continuing to renew its ranges despite softer overall demand. At the autumn boat shows, it presented the FP48, FP55 and FP70 catamarans alongside Dufour’s D39.
The group says the reception for the models had strengthened its order book for the 2026/27 financial year and provided ‘satisfactory visibility’ as it manages macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainty.
Longer-term development includes a 120ft flagship multihull scheduled for launch in 2028.
The group is also pursuing hybrid-electric propulsion through E-Lektra, its equal joint venture with Groupe Beneteau, which develops systems for monohull and multihull sailing yachts.
Service and distribution activity is expanding alongside boat production. Fountaine Pajot has launched Velite, an international brokerage operation for pre-owned yachts, and established a direct distribution subsidiary in Greece to serve owners and charter operators.
The group says its strategy combines product renewal, innovation, international development and operational discipline.
