Sanlorenzo Yachts UK has appointed Joe Hill as senior sales broker and brokerage director.
Sanlorenzo Yachts UK, part of the Ancasta Group, represents the Italian shipyard’s range of yachts and superyachts in the UK and Ireland, alongside its Bluegame brand.
Hill has almost 30 years of experience across the marine industry and joins the Sanlorenzo Yachts UK team from Princess Motor Yacht Sales, where he has spent the last 11 years focusing on luxury yacht sales and developing specialist knowledge of the large yacht segment.
His career started with working onboard yachts, and included several years as a professional captain, before he moved into new yacht sales and brokerage.
“Joe is an important addition to our sales and brokerage operation,” says Nick Hatfield, managing director of Sanlorenzo Yachts UK.
“His extensive experience across the luxury yacht market, combined with his time as a captain, gives him invaluable insight into the practicalities of owning a larger yacht.
“As we continue to increase Sanlorenzo’s market share in the UK, Joe’s knowledge will further enhance the specialist advice we can offer clients and support our wider growth strategy in the 100ft-plus yacht sector.”
Larger yacht sector
In his new role, Hill will represent the Sanlorenzo and Bluegame fleets while expanding the company’s brokerage offering in the larger yacht sector.

Hill will officially take up his new position on 1 October 2026 and will primarily be based at the Sanlorenzo Yachts UK London showroom in Mayfair.
