JMD Park Pty Ltd, operating as The Yard Brisbane, has acquired the business of Todkill Marine Services.
The new venture is aimed at strengthening the delivery of high-quality marine infrastructure maintenance, repair, and support services across Australia’s Brisbane region and beyond.
The acquistion combines The Yard Brisbane’s marine infrastructure and project delivery capability with Todkill Marine Services’ marine construction and maintenance and technical expertise.

“Together, we are well positioned to deliver greater value and reliability to waterfront property and marine infrastructure owners as well as vessel owners and operators.”
Growing workforce
Phil Todkill, of Todkill Marine Services, added: “As owner / director of Todkill Marine Services I have grown this business from a small family business to one of Southeast Queenslands most preferred Marine Services Specialist, contracting to many of Queensland’s Coastal Councils and Australia’s top ASX Listed Companies.
He added: “The venture will enable us to grow our workforce and capability with the on-site resources of The Yard Brisbane.
“This will further strengthen our safety and quality systems, allowing us to provide more integrated solutions while maintaining the responsive service that we’re known for.”
The companies say through the deal, will benefit from quality standards and assurance processes, enhanced technical and compliance support, increased capacity for planned and reactive works and sustainable and improved infrastructure delivery.
The Yard Brisbane provides construction, repair, refit and conversion services for a range of vessels.
