Sasga Yachts acquires Nautic Center Mallorca

Sasga Yachts has acquired Nautic Center Mallorca and launched Sasga Palma to support boats throughout their lifecycle from purchase to maintenance, refit and aftersales.

Nautic Center Mallorca îs a specialist yacht dealer based in Palma, Spain, founded in 2019, with its official distributors Nautic Center Menorca, Hermanos Guasch-Catalonia and Náutica Viamar-Ibiza serving customers in sales and charters across the Balearic Islands.

Sasga Yachts has been manufacturing yachts since 1978, when Juan Sastre founded Astilleros Menorca.

The shipyard, which is located in San Luis, Menorca, offers the Menorquín range and Signature Range, alongside its Club Menorquín, an exclusive community of Menorquin Yachts and Sasga Yachts owners.

The acquisition will provide Sasga Yachts with a presence on Mallorca.

Official headquarters

The shipyard intends to integrate Nautic Center Mallorca into its structure with Sasga Palma becoming Sasga Yachts’ official headquarters in the region and an official hub for yacht services, sales and after-sales support for Sasga Yachts.

The facility will carry out maintenance projects, refit works, new and pre-owned yacht sales and lifetime after-sales services.

A Boat Care programme will also be available for owners who do not live permanently on the island or whose yachts are not used for extended periods.

To complement operations in Palma, Sasga has access to haul-out facilities in the Port of Mahón, Menorca.

This infrastructure allows the group to handle larger-scale refit and maintenance projects, reinforcing its operational capacity across the Balearic Islands.
