Mercury Marine has signed a five-year exclusivity agreement with Greek performance boat builder Technohull, under which Mercury Marine will be the exclusive supplier of outboard engines across the boatbuilder’s entire model range.
Technohull was founded in Greece in 2005 as a builder of high-performance luxury boats and advanced RIBs.
The boats are designed and built at the company’s production facility in Lavrio, Greece, with in-house naval architecture, advanced composites manufacturing and finishing taking place under one roof.
Technohull’s portfolio spans a range of performance-oriented models, from high-speed RIBs to luxury and expedition-capable boats.
This exclusivity agreement underscores our confidence in Technohull’s continued growth.

The brand serves a global customer base across Europe, North America, the Middle East and beyond.
The agreement will also involve Zois Efstathiou as Mercury’s distributor partner, which will continue to work closely with Technohull.
“Technohull’s focus on performance, innovation and uncompromising build quality makes them an ideal partner for Mercury Marine,” explained John Buelow, Mercury Marine president.
“This exclusivity agreement underscores our confidence in Technohull’s continued growth and ensures their customers benefit from Mercury’s industry-leading outboard technology, performance and reliability.”
Performance-first mindset
Gerasimos (Gerry) Petratos, founder and owner of Technohull, added: “This partnership is a perfect fit with our philosophy of building boats with a performance-first mindset and zero compromises.”
“Mercury Marine’s outboard engines perfectly complement our advanced hull designs and performance-driven DNA, enabling a complete, best-in-class package.”
The five-year agreement takes effect immediately and applies to all Technohull outboard-powered models produced during the term.
