Pearl Yachts has unveiled its latest model, the new Pearl 73, incorporating design from naval architect Bill Dixon and interior designer Kelly Hoppen CBE.
Features of the latest yacht include expanded glazing, and a Riviera-inspired aft deck concept.
Inside, the yacht has a new Monochrome décor scheme with tonal contrasts, layered textures and sculptural forms.
The new Riviera-style aft deck incorporates fold-down balconies, creating an extended waterside terrace, with the new configuration transforming the cockpit into a social outdoor lounge.
Details across the deck space include upgraded tables and refreshed wet bars.
The Pearl 73 is a yacht that truly encapsulates the Pearl ethos: it is an evolution, not a revolution.
Iain Smallridge
“The introduction of the Riviera-style aft deck and the aft galley layout is a direct response to the way modern owners live and entertain on board,” explained Iain Smallridge, managing director of Pearl Yachts.
“It creates a seamless connection between the interior and the sea, which is at the heart of the yachting experience.”
Outdoor living remains central to Pearl Yachts, and the 73 has been designed with flexibility in mind.
From the aft deck, steps lead up to a full-length flybridge, with an hard top with its adjustable tilt-and-slide sunroof.
Clean architectural lines
Forward, the bow lounge has sofas, sunpads and an optional Bimini.
The Pearl 73 introduces a new main deck arrangement with the galley positioned aft, a layout designed to enhance service flow.
The saloon has full-height windows and clean architectural lines for a sense of openness.
Moving forward beneath the brand’s double windscreen, the helm area has a relaxed dinette and optional side deck access door.
Cruising speed of 25 knots
The Pearl 73 offers two master cabins — one forward with private access and one full-beam amidships — plus two additional en-suite guest cabins plus accommodation for two crew in addition to a garage.
Propulsion is via either the standard 1400hp MAN V12 or an optional MAN V12 with 1550hp which provides up to 32 knots of speed, with a cruising speed of 25 knots with a range of approximately 250 nautical miles.
“The Pearl 73 is a yacht that truly encapsulates the Pearl ethos: it is an evolution, not a revolution,” added Iain.
“We have taken a winning formula in the Pearl 72 and elevated it, guided by the invaluable feedback from our owners and our deep understanding of the market.”
