Port Adhoc acquires second Swedish marina

The Port Adhoc Group has acquired Sweden’s Gåshaga Marina, located off the coast of Stockholm.

The announcement follows on from Port Adhoc’s acquisition of Sweden’s Svinninge Marina in 2024.

The marina was founded in 2002 and attracts both motorboat and sail boats, local residents and visitors, and is a popular departure point for navigating into the Stockholm archipelago.

Marina services include winter storage space ashore, both outdoor and indoor, in an heated or unheated shed.

Day-to-day operations are managed by Jonas Fundin and Fanny Berg, who are the primary points of contact for boaters with Fanny handling the marina’s administrative aspects Jonas providing technical expertise in boat handling and the shipyard operations assisted by a team of technicians.

High-quaity experience

“What sets Gåshaga Marina apart is its proximity to the capital and its excellent location – from here, you can easily reach some of the most beautiful sailing areas in the Stockholm archipelago,” explained Jonas and Fanny.

“We also focus on providing a high-quality experience and top-notch services to our boaters. That is our priority.”

Gåshaga Marina has around 300 moorings with storage space ashore for approximately 180 boats.

The yard is able to carry out launching, moving and lifting of boats up to 40 tonnes, or approximately 70-foot.

Services offered also include maintenance and repair facilities.

The Port Adhoc Group consists of six marinas and dry stack marinas in France, eight marinas in the Netherlands and now two marinas in Sweden.
