Warbird Marine Holdings is to consolidate and relocate its manufacturing operations, while expanding its service and sales capabilities.
The company is to relocate manufacturing and rigging operations for both its brands – Yellowfin Yachts and Invincible Boats – to the Warbird Boat Completion Center (BCC) in Sarasota, Florida.
Warbird says the move will allow both brands will benefit from unified engineering resources, research and development facilities, and quality control systems.
The BCC will serve as the primary hub for manufacturing innovation and product development for Invincible and Yellowfin.
The transition will also involve repositioning Warbird’s Miami facility as a dedicated service and sales centre.

Over the next 12 months, Warbird will expand service capabilities at its Miami base to include trade-in accommodations, engine service, repower service, custom upholstery and design modifications and engineering services, alongside warranty and maintenance programmes.
“The restructuring will enable the company to provide enhanced service capabilities for customers in the Southeast Florida market,” explained David Mills, director of engineering and customer experience.
“The facility will serve as a comprehensive destination for owners seeking customisation and performance services.”
The enhanced service capabilities at Warbird’s Miami location will begin phased implementation in January 2026.
Maintenance and customisation
The facility currently operates a sales showroom and is expected to achieve full service operational capacity by spring 2026.
The service and sales centre will offer maintenance and customisation services for factory direct customers.

Yellowfin Yachts was established in 1998, with Invincible Boats established in 2006. The two companies manufacture high-performance centre console sport fishing vessels.
