Argo Engineering has relocated to a larger, waterfront office at the UK’s Hythe Marina Village on the South Coast
Argo Engineering was founded in 2016 and is now a team of 13, led by director Simon Walley.
The company says the move to a larger office within Hythe Marina Village reflects its continued expansion and its commitment to providing an enhanced collaborative working environment for its growing team.
“Moving into a new space is a big step forward for the company and gives us the room to meet our expansion goals,” explained Simon.
High-profile projects
“From humble beginnings, Argo Engineering’s ninth year in business has been busier than ever, contributing to the success of a diverse range of high-profile projects across the marine and renewable sectors.”
Argo Engineering specialises in lightweight structures in composites, aluminium, and high-strength steels, and are fully material agnostic.
The company is able to offer structural engineering packages in the most appropriate materials with recent projects including structural design and manufacturing support for Ocean Infinity’s pioneering NeedleFish Uncrewed Surface Vessel, structural engineering input for Smart Green Shipping’s rigid wing sail system, and composite engineering for a custom lifting foundation for a superyacht project in collaboration with Superyacht Tenders & Toys.
